Being the first real estate company to brand the Lima Train reinforces the value of the strategic location, since many of our real estate projects are close to train stations.

A tribute to our history and trajectory
This action also celebrates our trajectory. With 29 years in the market, more than 85 buildings delivered in Lima and 15 projects in Miami, V&V Real Estate Group has established itself as a benchmark. In addition, our participation in the Techo Propio program through VYVE Inmobiliaria in Piura reinforces our social commitment.

A message with a wide reach in the city
This campaign is expected to reach nearly 30 million people thanks to the high visibility of the Lima Metro and its dissemination in digital and traditional media. Being the first real estate agency to brand the Lima Train allows us to connect with Lima residents inside and outside of public transport.

Proximity to V&V projects
We chose Line 1 of the Metro because it connects with districts where we have a presence, such as Torre Germania in Surquillo, Arboleda in Surco and new developments in Santa Catalina. This initiative strengthens our relationship with the city and with those who live in it day by day.
