The bonus varies depending on the project in which the referred person buys. The payment of the bonus can be made once the person who referred signs the purchase – sale agreement, after coordinating with the marketing area. The deadline to pay the bonus is 30 business days once the payment receipt has been entered. It is not considered referred to a person who is registered in the V&V Grupo Inmobiliario database.The bonus is per person, regardless of the number of apartments that the referred person buys.

Aramburú 836 Project: $ 1,000 (One thousand US dollars). Grimaldo 430 Project: $ 1,000 (One thousand US dollars). San Fernando Project: S /. 3,000 (Three thousand soles). Bonuses valid until December 2022.
