This 8-story building with 12 apartments and 26 parking spaces marked our first step towards modern and well-located housing solutions. Its delivery in 1997 laid the foundations of a career that today totals 29 years of experience.

One of the most emblematic projects, San Fernando, started in 2020 and completed in 2021, is a modern building with 8 floors plus a roof terrace and 3 basements, with 30 apartments and 59 parking spaces. Aramburú: connectivity and design in Surquillo

In Surquillo we developed Aramburú, a 21-story building with 5 basements, 134 apartments and 65 parking spaces. Delivered in 2022, it combines accessibility, modernity and strategic location near the main axes of the city. This project highlights how real estate projects can improve mobility and urban connectivity.

Carriquiry: a benchmark in San Isidro

Another example of our growth is Carriquiry, in San Isidro, a prestigious financial and residential district. With 27 floors, 217 apartments and 166 parking spaces, completed in 2023, it demonstrates the ability of V&V Real Estate Group to execute large-scale projects in high-value areas, reaffirming our commitment to quality and urban innovation.
